1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting aptinstitute.in, submitting an admission enquiry, taking admission, paying any fee, using the student/branch/admin portal, downloading an admit card, appearing in an exam, or using any APT Institute service, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. About APT Institute Services

APT Institute provides computer education, vocational training, commerce and academic support programs through its main branch, authorized branches, online tools and administrative systems.

  • Course details, duration, fees, subjects and certificates may differ by course and branch.
  • APT Institute Konch, Code UPKNH, is treated as the main branch for website course fee display and reference pricing.
  • Authorized branches may decide their own tuition fees and collection cycles, while registration, exam, back paper and admission kit related fees are controlled by admin policy.

3. Admission & Student Records

  • Students must provide correct name, father/mother name, date of birth, mobile number, address, photo, signature and required identity/academic details.
  • Incorrect information may delay admission, enrollment number generation, admit card issue, certificate issue or result publication.
  • Once admission is submitted, correction requests must be raised with the concerned branch or admin before final enrollment, exam or certificate processing.
  • Enrollment number generation is subject to registration fee status, admin approval and applicable due-policy controls.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

APT Institute fees may include registration fee, exam fee, back paper fee, admission kit fee and branch tuition fee.

  • Registration fee is generally required before enrollment generation unless admin allows generation with due amount.
  • Exam fee is generally required before admit card generation unless admin allows an exception.
  • Admission kit fee applies only where a student/branch selects or requires the kit.
  • Branch tuition fees, installments, monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly cycles and discounts may be managed by the branch as per student admission terms.
  • Student fee structure may be saved at admission time so later course fee changes do not automatically change old student dues.
  • Receipts should be collected and verified for every payment.

5. Course Access, Classes & Attendance

  • Course access depends on admission status, branch allocation, course assignment and payment status.
  • Students are expected to attend classes, complete assignments and follow branch instructions.
  • APT Institute may update syllabus, subjects, class schedules, exam pattern or delivery method when required for academic, operational or regulatory reasons.
  • Missed classes, low attendance or incomplete practical work may affect learning outcome and exam readiness.

6. Exams, Admit Cards, Results & Certificates

  • Admit cards are generated only for eligible students as per exam, fee and admin rules.
  • Students must check admit card details before appearing in the exam.
  • Results and certificates are generated according to marks, passing rules, course subjects and admin verification.
  • Certificate printing, correction, duplicate issue or reprint may require extra verification and charges.
  • Back paper or re-exam fees may apply where students fail, miss or retake an exam.

7. Branch & Franchise Responsibilities

  • Authorized branches must use the official portal for student admission, fee records, course assignment and exam readiness.
  • Branches are responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate student records, local tuition fee decisions, attendance and fee receipts.
  • Branches must send applicable registration, exam and kit dues to admin as per APT Institute rules.
  • Misuse of logo, certificate, portal, student data or false promises may lead to branch access restriction or termination.

8. Website & Portal Use

  • Users must not attempt unauthorized access to admin, branch or student panels.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential. Any misuse from shared credentials may be treated as user responsibility.
  • APT Institute may suspend access if suspicious, fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

APT Institute makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but course availability, fees, branch services, exam dates, schedules and results may change due to operational or administrative reasons. APT Institute is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect student information, non-payment, missed deadlines, technical interruptions, third-party services or unauthorized branch promises.
