This Privacy Policy explains what information APT Institute collects, why it is used, how it is protected and how students, parents, branches and website users can contact us.

1. Information We Collect

APT Institute may collect information through admission forms, enquiry forms, branch panels, student panels, exam systems, payment records and communication channels.

  • Personal details: name, father/mother name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email and address.
  • Academic details: course, branch, session, qualification, marks, roll number, enrollment number and certificate details.
  • Identity/supporting details: photo, signature, Aadhaar/APAR or other records where required by admission or exam process.
  • Fee details: registration fee, tuition fee, exam fee, admission kit fee, discount, receipts and dues.
  • Technical details: IP address, browser type, login activity and website usage data where available.

2. How We Use Information

  • To process admission, enrollment, branch assignment and student records.
  • To manage fees, receipts, discounts, dues and reports.
  • To generate admit cards, results, marks statements, certificates and ID cards.
  • To communicate course updates, payment reminders, exam notices and support messages.
  • To improve website, portal security, branch operations and student services.
  • To meet administrative, legal, accounting and compliance requirements.

3. Branch & Admin Access

Authorized branch users and admin users may access student records only for operational work such as admission, fee management, course assignment, exam processing, certificate handling and support. Branches are expected to keep student data confidential and use it only for official APT Institute work.

4. Sharing of Information

APT Institute does not sell student personal data. Information may be shared only when necessary:

  • With authorized branches for admission, classes and fee support.
  • With exam/certificate/admin teams for record verification and result processing.
  • With payment, hosting, email, SMS or technical service providers where required.
  • With government, legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse or loss. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users must keep passwords confidential and immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

6. Data Accuracy & Corrections

Students and branches should ensure submitted information is correct. Correction requests for name, date of birth, photo, signature, course, branch or certificate records must be raised as early as possible. Some corrections may require verification, approval and applicable charges.

7. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, session handling, analytics and user experience. Users may disable cookies in browser settings, but some website or portal features may not work properly.

8. Data Retention

Student, fee, exam, result and certificate records may be retained for academic, administrative, accounting and legal purposes. We may keep records even after course completion where needed for verification, duplicate certificates, receipts, reports or compliance.

9. Rights & Requests

Users may request correction, review or update of their information by contacting the branch or APT Institute admin. Requests may require identity verification and may be declined where retention is required for academic, legal, fee or certificate records.
